Vi De Vila Priorat

Trosset de Porrera's Vi de Vila Priorat is a blend of Carignan, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is orgbanically grown and utilizes biodynamic farming practices. It is inky and intense, with notes of black fruit, mineral notes, and hints of savory herb and oak on the nose. On the palate are rich notes of plum, blackberry, huckleberry, earth and shale, and a rich and refined tannin structure. Pair with a rich mushroom dish or prime rib.
