This Tuscan blend olive oil is produced by Anna's family - the Derivi family - on their ranch outside of Valley Springs in California's Mother Lode. In late fall, the family gathers to pick and process the olives to produce this pure, organic, unfiltered oil, which brims with flavors of rich olive fruit. Locally-grown olives from 75 year old trees, their fruit picked and processed in micro-batches. Made from a blend of Manzanillo, Mission, and Picholine olives, harvested from land that's been in the Derivi family for three generations. This unfiltered olive oil is characterized by butter, subtle pepper, herb, and sea salt essences.
