Slanted Door's Steamed Vegetarian Mushroom Buns are umami and juicy. Various mushrooms come together with cellophane noodles, water chestnuts, and cabbage for the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy texture.
From Frozen: Heat in a steamer basket over simmering water, covered for 20 minutes.
Defrosted: Heat in a steamer basket over simmering water, covered for 10 minutes. Microwaves are not recommended but may be used by placing a damp paper towel over a defrosted bun and heating on high for 2-3 minutes.
