Slanted Door's Steamed BBQ Pork Buns are inspired by the char siu steamed buns of Chinatown. They take it one step further by smoking the pork over a wood fire to create a smoky-sweet bbq flavor.

Reheating Instructions:

From Frozen: Heat in a steamer basket over simmering water, covered for 20 minutes.

Defrosted: Heat in a steamer basket over simmering water, covered for 10 minutes. Microwaves are not recommended but may be used by placing a damp paper towel over a defrosted bun and heating on high for 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients: Klingman ranch pork shoulder, Son fish sauce, sugar, shallot, black pepper, salted turnips, canola oil, garlic, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, onion, green onion, shallot, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce; bun dough ingredients: AP flour, sugar, salt, water, egg whites, yeast, baking powder.

Contains: wheat, shellfish, eggs, soy, fish, sesame.
