Slanted Door's Steamed BBQ Pork Buns are inspired by the char siu steamed buns of Chinatown. They take it one step further by smoking the pork over a wood fire to create a smoky-sweet bbq flavor.
From Frozen: Heat in a steamer basket over simmering water, covered for 20 minutes.
Defrosted: Heat in a steamer basket over simmering water, covered for 10 minutes. Microwaves are not recommended but may be used by placing a damp paper towel over a defrosted bun and heating on high for 2-3 minutes.
