The Slanted Door only uses wild gulf shrimp for all of its shrimp dishes. This is a classic dish that cooks up in minutes. Sweet from the caramel sauce with a little kick from dried chiles and their house-made sate paste. We highly recommend freshly steamed rice to sop up the extra sauce.
Keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days of purchase, otherwise store in the freezer, for up to 1 month for best quality.
If stored frozen, defrost overnight before following heating instructions.
