Terah Wine Co. 2023 Falanghina Orange Wine is sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the Clarksburg AVA, where cool Sacramento River Delta breezes and well-drained sandy clay loam soils foster slow, balanced ripening. Crafted from 100% destemmed Falanghina, the grapes undergo 12 days of skin fermentation, adding vibrant color, layered texture, and aromatic complexity. Aged on fine lees for 10 months in stainless steel and bottled unfined and unfiltered, this orange wine offers crisp green apple and citrus peel notes alongside hints of brioche, dried apricot, and honeyed fig. Chewy tannins and a lingering mineral finish deliver a fresh yet intricate drinking experience.
