The contents in our Grass Fed Beef Box are all dry aged, flash frozen and hand selected. The contents are boxed and will ship frozen in individual vacuum sealed packages.                                                                                                                                               *Leaner meats cook faster, start by cutting your cooking times in half. You can always add heat, you can never take it away.
