Carrot Cake Slice

This Carrot Cake Slice is owner Laurel's favorite cake, which says a lot. Layers of moist carrot cake, with golden raisins scattered throughout, are slathered in a cashew cream cheese cheese frosting. Enjoy this slice with a hot cup of tea or espresso, a tall glass of wine, or simply on its own.
