Our Organic, Cream Top Whole Milk is the way it used to be, with the cream on the top. The cream in our organic milk floats naturally to the top because it non-homogenized.
Straus Family Creamery Organic Whole Milk is pasteurized at 171°F for 18 seconds. Unlike most milk, which is ultra-pasteurized (at or above 280°F for at least two seconds), we preserve the true flavor of our cows’ diet.
The pasture grasses our cows graze on tend to be sweeter out here in Northern California’s Marin and Sonoma County Coasts. The first thing you’ll notice when you pop the top of our cream-top milk is its beautiful aroma. Milk is supposed to have an aroma and a fresh taste. Enjoy!
