Straus Family Creamery's Unsalted Butter is rich, sweet and creamy, with 85% butterfat content and extremely low moisture levels. This means that your pastry will be flakier and rise higher—plus the butter has a higher smoke point and won't burn while you're cooking pancakes or searing meat. It's made European-style, in small batches using Straus' old-fashioned 1950s butter churn. It is also certified kosher and gluten-free. Use as is for all your baking needs, or spread on toast, sandwiches, and biscuits with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt on top.
