Also known as Kansas City Strip, Strip Loin, and Strip Steak, New York Steak is just about as "steak-y" as you can get. Flavorful and well-marbled without being too rich for a good old weeknight dinner, this steak doesn't need anything more than salt, pepper and a few minutes each side on the grill (or in a cast-iron pan). We like to plan for leftovers and take a steak sandwich to work the next day!
