St. Benoit Creamery

St. Benoit Creamery

Petaluma, CA
St. Benoit Creamery has three principles:
1) Real Food: they use organic milk from a single herd of pasture-raised Jersey cows, in Sonoma, CA, just 26 miles from their Petaluma creamery. The cows are never treated with hormones or antibiotics. Their yogurts are flavored with organic, seasonal fruit—no sketchy ingredients.
2) Made Right: St. Benoit's milk and yogurt has milk and cultures—that's it! No fillers, stabilizers, or preservatives. And it's all made in-house in their LEED-certified creamery.
3) Real Good: mild, creamy, and with no or low added sugar, their products are versatile and have plenty of natural protein and healthy fat.

As a bonus, the Jersey cow's milk they use is rich, creamy, and dominant in A2 proteins—so it's easy on bellies, even the sensitive ones. They work hard to help support and preserve the local economy and local open spaces. Organic, pasture-raised, local, and sustainable: St. Benoit Creamery is committed to creating real, earth-friendly, and ultra-delicious A2 milk and yogurt.
