Well really, it's "almost" hummus. We cook organic garbanzo beans until they are soft and creamy, and then we purée them with sea salt, garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, and lemon juice. Each jar is finished with a generous drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of Marash pepper. Where does the almost come in? No tahini.
