Feta-Brined Roasted Half Chicken

Our feta-brined chicken is brined for a full 24 hours in pureed feta cheese, which acts as the perfect tenderizer and flavor enhancer. The chicken is then rubbed with their incredible spice blend that's loaded with Mediterranean oregano, dried basil, and dehydrated lemon peel. Finally, we roast it to perfection for your enjoyment.

Reheat Instructions: Remove the plastic lid and recycle. Loosely cover the alloy tray with foil and reheat in a 375-degree oven for 18-20 minutes, or until heated through. Squeeze the warm charred lemon over the top and serve immediately Number of Servings 1-2
