Smallhold, previously from Brooklyn NY, is a Vernon, CA-based macro farm that has built an artificial environment for the cultivation of rare and unique mushrooms for local restaurants and supermarkets. Smallhold's mission is to change people's attitudes about mushrooms by establishing 100% organic, indoor, and sustainable farms in a variety of towns around the country.

By building farms across the country and developing new technology to increase efficiency, Smallhold connects communities with fresh food.
