Orgeat

Orgeat, prounounced or-zhat, is a French almond syrup. Small Hand Cocktails' version is made with California almonds and apricot kernels to give it a "marzipan" flavor. This syrup is a rich and floral syrup that is often used in Mai Tais, absinthe recipes, or spritzers.

Ingredients: water, organic cane sugar, unsweetened almond milk, organic lemon juice, unsweetened apricot kernel milk, orange blossom water, brandy(80 proof).
