Gum Syrup

This Gum Syrup from Small Hand Cocktails is a sugar syrup with gum arabic, a resin from the Acacia tree. Gum syrup adds a desirable viscosity to cocktails which helps provide a better mouthfeel. Use in spirit-forward cocktails such as Old Fashioneds and Juleps.

Ingredients: water, organic cane sugar, organic gum arabic, organic lemon juice.
