Red Lentil Dal

Simple Feast's version of Dal is tomato-based - packed with lentils, chickpeas, and potatoes and stewed with turmeric, garam masala, and other aromatic spices. Heat in a saucepan on the stovetop for a few minutes, then enjoy over rice with toppings such as yogurt, cilantro, or mint.
