Young Kobras' Gluten-Free Sourdough Boule is whole-grain, gluten-free, gum-free, and vegan. This fresh, flavorful gluten-free loaf is made right here in San Francisco. Try it toasted, with butter or all your favorite dips, or tear off big chunks to sop up soups, stews, and sauces. 
Refrigerate upon arrival and before slicing for best results. If stored in the fridge, these loaves should last for upwards of one week. Slice before freezing

Ingredients: sourdough starter (water, millet flour*), sorghum flour*, psyllium husks*, coconut sugar*, apple cider vinegar*, salt (*organic).
