Wise Sons is bringing back this traditional Polish variant on a bagel, and we think everyone would be "wise" to try them! Bialys have the same deliciously nutty, yeasty flavor as a bagel, but they're baked without boiling for the softest and chewiest texture. Each one is stuffed with a savory mixture of onions and poppy seeds.
To store: After two days bialys are best stored sliced and frozen; revive in toaster.
