Böcking's Grand Cru Burgberg vineyards are on steep slopes that create tiny microclimates, resulting in a unique and unusual terroir. This Kabinett Riesling is medium sweet with aromas of fresh and candied citrus, pine, and fresh herbs. On the palate the mouthfeel is rich with a crisp, balancing acidity and notes of fresh mandarin peel, grapefruit, pineapple, hints of marjoram, and a slight note of smoke and salinity in the finish. Pair with spicy dishes or fruity desserts.
