The Mandarinquat is a cross between an mandarin and a kumquat, which has led to larger fruit with a ton of juice. If you're into tart fruit, this is a great one to eat out-of-hand, but it also lends itself to preserving, juicing or zesting. Use the Mandarinquat instead of an orange or lime in your next cocktail for some added acidity!
