The pearly-white roots on these Organic Baby White Turnips are mild and sweet and much juicier than the larger turnips varieties like Purple Tops. The roots are delicious served raw in a salad, or simply steamed or roasted whole.
Although the delicate greens may have some damage/holes due to them being organically grown, they are completely edible! They have a slightly spicy kick to them, and are great steamed or added to soups.
