This Organic Muscadet is made from the grape varietal Melon B. The terroir of the vineyard is composed of volcanic rock gabbro and clay which gives the wine a distinct minerality. The wine is then kept on lees for six months in an underground glass vats which is unique to the Nantais wine region. The Muscadet has notes of lemony rose with a long finish. Great when paired with seafood or cheese.
