TwoXSea's Whole McFarland Springs Trout is sustainably hand-harvested right here in California. It's high in omega-3s and has a sweet, light flavor. We're thrilled to be offering whole trout now at the beginning of grilling season! We love preparing this by sprinkling it all over with a bit of salt and pepper, then stuffing the fish with your favorite combination of herbs (parsley, dill, chervil, tarragon, and mint are all great candidates), sliced lemon, and a bit more salt and pepper. Place on a hot, well-oiled grill for a few minutes, then flip when the skin releases easily from the grill and repeat on the other side. Serve with a pile of grilled seasonal veggies alongside!
