Grass-Fed Korean Cut Beef Short Ribs (Frozen)

The summer version of short ribs! Marinate (equal parts soy, sugar, rice wine + some ginger and garlic, or try this awesome recipe: http://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1014547-korean-style-short-ribs) and throw on a hot grill for a minute or two on each side and you've got dinner!
