Our Kombucha culture is made from high quality organic black tea and organic unbleached sugar. We add ginger, hibiscus and a dab of vanilla during bottling to give it a gentle cooling effect. The carbonation is minor, focusing on the complex kombucha and hibiscus' sweet, tart and bitter flavors. If you prefer soda pop-style try the grape.
