Our Kombucha culture is made from high quality organic black tea and organic unbleached sugar. We add ginger, grape juice and a dab of vanilla during bottling to give it a delicious fruity flavor. The carbonation is noticeable, giving it a nice refreshing "soda" texture. If you prefer more traditional, gently aged kombucha try the hibiscus.
