Honey and Hazelnut Croccante

Piedmont Hazelnuts are coated in caramelized sugar and honey for this croccante, otherwise known as brittle. It can be enjoyed with coffee and tea or broken apart and used as a topping for ice cream, cakes, or other desserts.

Ingredients: hazelnuts (60%), sugar, glucose syrup, honey (2%). May contain other shell nut traces, traces of peanut, sesame, soy and derivatives.
