Cilantro is an herb with a very unique and delicious flavor that is used in many cuisines throughout the world. Its lacy leaves are very delicate and can be chopped or used whole as a garnish. Cilantro and coriander come from the same plant, but have very different flavors; Cilantro is used fresh while coriander is the dried seed.
How to care for your herb:
Cut the ends of your cilantro bunch. Store in a jar of water, in the refrigerator, covered loosely by a plastic bag. Change water frequently and eat within the week.
