Spinach & Goat Cheese Quiche (Frozen)

Anna and Lenore at Three Babes make this savory quiche with organic goat cheese, Parmesan, spinach, chives, thyme, and of course — plenty of fresh organic eggs. It's fantastic served warm (heat in a 350°F oven for 20 min until warmed through) or cold and makes a showstopper at brunch or a delicious leftovers lunch.

Thaw pie in the refrigerator; keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Try paired with a tangy salad of seasonal greens and vinaigrette.
