This festive pie is a showstopper all summer long, but we particularly love it for the 4th of July! Three Babes makes a rich, airy batter by mixing egg yolks into buttermilk, and then folding in whipped egg whites to give it lightness. Fresh, local blueberries and raspberries are folded into the lemony custard and baked until they're bursting with sweet summery flavor.
