Bourbon Pecan Cookies

Here at Three Babes HQ, we've been tinkering with some pretty delicious ideas, one of which includes: PIE COOKIES! We start with local, organic butter, add all the essential cookie ingredients, and then folks, it gets crazy! We fold in pieces of our pie! For these particular cookies, we add a customer favorite, Bourbon Pecan. Think butter-pecan-pie-cookie. We've been selling out at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market each weekend, so we'd like to start sharing them with our fans on Good Eggs. Enjoy!
