Bourbon Apple

Bourbon Apple is the newest pie to join our apple pie family and we love it! We peel and then poach organic apples from Hidden Star Orchards in organic butter, honey, and bourbon, and then add freshly squeezed and zested lemon, brown sugar and spices. 

Ingredients: 
Filling: Apples, honey, bourbon, lemon juice, lemon zest, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, salt, 
Crust: Flour, butter, cider vinegar, cane sugar, salt.
