This is salmon from what President Obama deemed a "national treasure" - Bristol Bay. Brined overnight and then lightly smoked with mesquite. This smoked salmon is the perfect balance of sweet, savory and smoky. So addictive that customers dubbed it "salmon crack". Good thing it's so good for you!
