Organic Red Chard

As tasty as it is colorful, Organic Red Chard has a balanced, slightly savory flavor. For a simple stir-fry, rinse and roughly chop the leaves and stalks. Sauté the stalks with a bit of olive oil and salt for a few minutes, then add the leaves and cook until they're bright green and slightly wilted. It's "chard" not to love this one!
