What's a kitchen without Celery? Crisp, mild, and slightly peppery, celery can be diced for a mirepoix to make broth and soup, stuffed into your turkey, shaved into salads, or sliced and eaten as a snack. The leaves are edible too, and a bit more strongly flavored than the stalks.
