Our Organic, Cream Top 2% Reduced Fat milk is pasteurized at 171°F for 18 seconds. Unlike most milk, which is ultra-pasteurized (at or above 280°F for at least two seconds), we preserve the true flavor of milk that results from our cows’ diet.
The pasture grasses our cows graze on tend to be sweeter out here in Northern California’s Marin and Sonoma County Coasts. The first thing you’ll notice when you pop the top of our cream-top milk is its beautiful aroma. Milk is supposed to have an aroma and a fresh taste. Enjoy!
