Grass-Fed Beef T-Bone Steak (Frozen)

The Porterhouse's little brother- the same cut but with a smaller portion of filet.  At about 1" thick these steaks are impressive but not too thick to cook on the grill- just be sure to keep the filet side on the cooler part of the grill as it will cook a little quicker than the short loin side.
