Grass-Fed Beef Porterhouse Steak (Frozen)

The undisputed king of steaks, with a NY on one side and filet on the other, the porterhouse is a showstopper for sure! At about 1" thick these steaks are impressive but not too thick to cook on the grill- just be sure to keep the filet side on the cooler part of the grill as it will cook a little quicker than the short loin side.
