Sour Flour Bagels

Our bagels are made with skill and care, following traditional bagel baking procedures.  We use our sourdough starter to bring out the full flavor of our bagels, boil our bagels to the perfect consistency, and then seed them and bake them in our hot oven.

Flavors include sesame, plain, salt, everything, and poppy seed.
