Smitten has partnered with one of the Bay Area's most prolific cheese companies, Cowgirl Creamery, for this Mt Tam Cheesecake Ice Cream. Using their triple cream Mt Tam cheese, they mixed in sour cherries and a graham cracker crumble for a remarkably creamy, crunchy, and sweet experience. Similar to eating a slice of cheesecake, this ice cream can be enjoyed mid-afternoon, as an evening dessert, or even paired with your favorite baked good.
