Coconut Pecan N'Ice Cream

First, shredded coconut toasted to a light brown and gently toasted pecans are cold-steeped into Smitten’s exclusive clean-label Perfect Day base. Organic dark brown sugar with a deep caramel flavor is whisked in, and then the coconut and pecans are strained out. The strained coconut and pecans are then pressed into a pan and baked at low temperature until crunchy. These baked coconut-pecan clusters are added back into the finished n’ice cream to make this flavor truly divine. (Yay zero food waste!)
