Our local salmon season is happening now!Beautiful troll-caught wild ocean King salmon.California King Salmon, landed in Bodega Bay! The fillet will arrive in a 5 ounce piece with skin on and pin-bones in. We leave the pin-bones in to keep the fillet firm during transit, and we leave the skin on because it's tasty, especially when it's crispy. Pin-bones can be removed before or after cooking. California's wild ocean salmon is the best! Some might say it's even better than the fish from that cold state way up north. Take advantage of the season and give it a try!
