Courage Vodka

California Courage is a naturally gluten-free vodka made from 100% non-GMO organic corn. It's distilled six times on a column still and a seventh time on a copper pot still, leaving it with a neutral, but slightly viscous and full mouthfeel. Finally, it's filtered through six 0.1 micron filter plates to remove impurities and leave it tasting extremely smooth, with a hint of sweetness from the corn. Mix into your favorite cocktail—we like it in a Cape Cod, with the addition of a few drops of Seven Stills' cranberry bitters.
