Pinch salt

1 cup sugar

3 cups flour

3 cups milk

2 eggs

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying

Step 1

Whisk together until totally smooth. Mixture should be thin, like crepe batter. Add water if too thick.

Step 2

Heat an 8-inch pan for 10 minutes, tehn fry each malawah individually. Spoon into center and use back of spoon to spread batter out.

Step 3

Flip after bottom is browned. Cook over medium-low heat. Eat for breakfast with plenty of tea!
