1 cup of Heavy Cream

2 tablespoons Buttermilk

Step 1

Combine cream and buttermilk in a glass jar and leave on your counter at room temperature for 24-36 hours, until the texture is set and it's at optimal creme fraiche thickness. Stir mixture a couple of times and keep refrigerated for up to 10 days.
