Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir

Schug Winery's Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is a delicate and lively expression of the varietal. You'll notice aromas of Bing cherry, raspberry, and a slight hint of baking spice, which come across on the palate as well as toasted almond, espresso, cocoa, and some slight notes of bay leaf. This light-bodied and supple Pinot has moderate acidity, and pairs well with everything from baked fish to rich charcuterie, pork chops, carnitas tacos, and creamy pasta sauces.
