Schug Winery's Sonoma Coast Chardonnay has aromas of spicy apple with hints
of nutmeg and cream. On the palate the flavors of fresh fennel, pear and ripe apple are added. The wine is medium weight with a rich creamy mouthfeel. Pair with an aged gouda or roasted quail.
