These adorable little frying peppers are generally peppery but not hot, but every once in a while, you'll find one that's got quite a kick to it. Enjoy these by bringing a cast iron pan to high heat with tossing in the peppers when the oil begins shimmering. Allow them to blister one one side, then shake the pan to blister the other side. Remove from head and top with sea salt.
